Optics mount

Does anyone have a holosight or scope mounted on a carry handle of an A2 upper? I was looking at one of these and a quad rail system for my AR. How does a holosight work on these mounts?

Any scope mounted on an AR15 carry handle will be quite high and will cause your face to lift off the stock until just your chin touches the stock so that you can aquire the scope. Other that what I described above the red dot or holosite system gives reason result for optics without manification...shorter ranges but fast target aquisition.
