Hey folks, so I've got a buddy who just picked up a Sig Sauer SSG3000 for long range shooting, and we've run into a dilemma-it's got an integral 0 MOA Picatinny rail on top.

Obviously the solution to the lack of elevation is a 20 MOA (or so) canted one-piece scope mount. But I need to know what's available here in Canada, and what's reasonably priced. Can anyone help me out?

Your choices are Near, Spuhr, Accuracy International. AI is the least expensive.

Near is in AB. Tactical Imports has Spuhr. Wolverine has AI.

Spuhr would be way to go.. Coretac (out of Ontario) has a bunch on hand. I got mine from them within a week, little pricey but oh so worth it.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but everything I've found on the AI mounts appears to suggest they're designed only to fit the AI dovetail, not a Picatinny rail.

Spuhr would be ideal, although the price is reeeeeeally steep.

They make pic rail also. They come in 18, 28, or 45 moa. I have a 28moa on my rifle ( they make different heights too)Cost was about $150. That was a few years ago, it's 215 bucks now, just checked.

Check Wolverine supplies they have them.

The price isnt so bad if you buy them off their website, and have no idea what the Euro exchange rate is...

Cheapest for the one piece is 512$ shipped w/ GST, and that was from Coretac. I spent a bunch of time looking for the cheapest/instock and coretac seems to the guy.

Nightforce also makes some 20 MOA mounts. They are available at Grouse River in BC.

Call Richard Near. He will put 20MOA in an Alpha mount or more if you ask.

I have a SPUHR and Near Alpha. Both are very nice but the SPUHR almost feels industrial while the Alpha is much more elegant.

I will echo this sentiment. I will not replace my Near Alpha with a Spuhr but will probably also only use Spuhr in the future. They seem pricey but the built in bubble level saves some dollars.

Are you actually suggesting putting $60 rings on a $1700 rifle? Don't put junk on the Sig. Buck up and pay for an AI, NEAR or Spuhr.

I'm going to guess you've never used them. Top competitive shooters in the US and Canada use them, and their rifles cost a lot more then $1700.

I have a pair of them on my F-class rigs, and have never had any scope issues whatsoever.

Anyway, back to the OP's question. Cadex also makes unimounts but no mention of built-in MOA on the website.

cadex makes mounts, that I believe you can order customized, to fit your need.

ADM makes both 20 MOA and 30 MOA mounts which I'd be surprised if they did not work.
