Optics on sale.

Delta Stryker is illuminated. They do offer one version of the 5-50 that isn’t but the rest including 5-50 models are illuminated. However only the aiming point is illuminated and not the entire reticle. There are pros and cons to this. I sort of prefer it as you won’t get bleeding from the light. Using the drop down points may be harder.

Yes, my mistake on the Delta ... it is Illuminated. :)

I just went this route after pouring through reviews after reviews. I was initially looking at the Athlon Cronus BTR and was set to get one of those. Then I came across the Delta Stryker. Thanks for posting your thoughts on these scopes. I came across them as I continued to do my pre purchase research.

They do have a 5-50X model. It's SFP though not FFP. The 4.5-30X is FFP.

They are made in Japan by the LOW factory. The Delta company is Polish but the scopes are Japanese.

Look up the spec sheets on these. 100 moa elevation on high magnification scopes. The specs are fairly impressive. About the only complaint I can see based off the specs is that the eye relief does change when changing magnification. However considering the magnification range it's fairly minimal. NF and Zeiss have fixed eye relief. Which I do prefer.

The just released Trijicon AccuPower scopes seem to be the same as the Delta Stryker. The initial MRSP for the Trijicon was $1000 more. I noticed they have modified this and are selling at the same price in the states as the Delta Stryker. Without the Delta I suspect the same scope with Trijicon badge would have remained at $1000 more retail.

Well it's at the very top of your budget right now. A few days ago it was out of your budget. So I would say it's a decent deal.

I just bought my Delta Stryker from Hirsh precision. They currently have a sale for 10% off and free shipping. My scopes worked out to $2150 each to my door. That's after taxes and shipped. Providing these scopes live up to the reviews, then that's a heck of a deal. As I posted above, it appears that Trijicon now has the same scope with their name badge on it. Which does give me confidence since they are a well known military quality company.

Thanks for the info!
I have decided to get a Delta Stryker from Hirsh.
How do you take advantage of the 10% and free shipping deal? I added it to my cart but it shows full price and $80 shipping.

PM sent. I had to email them (email is on their contacts section of the website). I copied/pasted the scope from the description in the shopping cart and inquired on how I could obtain the 10% off and free shipping promotion. I had an invoice the following day. Then email the payment details and that's it. Not as fast or efficient as entering a code in the shopping cart on checkout. But for 10% off and free shipping on a scope that looks to be a great deal to begin with, I'm willing to go through the minor inconvenience.

Some initial info I found:

Seems like they are almost the same scope with some very little difference. Pricing for both is almost the same.

Trijicon:
Made in Japan
Limited Lifetime Warranty
Illuminated Reticle

I'm still searching for reviews (probably in the Fall when they get to the dealers) :(

Delta Stryker:
Made in Japan
10 Year Warranty
Non-Illuminated Reticle

Canadian pricing as of Aug 9,2018 .... best deal so far is with Hirsch Prescision with their 10% SALE and free shipping kinda works out to $2200 CAD

Cabelas has a trade in your old optic event on now. You can get up to $100 coupon towards new optics over $500. I took in my sad 20 Year old Tasco rimfire scope that I paid $50 when it was new and applied the $100 bucks towards a Nikon Black X1000 6-24 X 50mm illuminated X-MRAD that was already on sale and took it home for $699 plus the taxes.
