i was wondering if anyone has orderd anything from www.opticsplanet.net, and if so what kind of experience was it? i have seen acouple items on there site i would be interested in but am a little worryed about dealing with a supplyer from the US.
 
iv dept with them, 1/2 the stuff they wont ship to canada the other 1/2 they dont actually have in stock lol. they were good to deal with, very polite when i cancelled my whole order since they couldnt ship 1/2 of it (even things like MOA basses they wont ship) and the other items wernt in stock...

so if your dealing with items that can be shiped id have no problems with dealing with them
 
thanks guys. im thinking i will keep looking around find a canadian dealer that has what i want ... that being said anyone know a dealer that carrys barska scopes?
 
Before you place your order, just confirm with them that the item(s) is in stock. Their system doesn't show whether or not it's in stock until after you check out.

I've been waiting since mid-April for them to fill my order. Not really their fault if their suppliers can't get it to them quickly.

I was talking to customer service from Optics Planet about two weeks ago and they can export some scopes but not others based on their permits. I was mainly interested in a Leupold or a Sightron. They can't export either unfortunately. They could however send a Weaver to me. I was told it was best to just call and ask them if they can export a given scope or not.
