OpticsPlanet.com

I've checked out a few scopes on their site, but I believe because they're based in the US, ITAR prevents them from exporting to Canada.

Go with 4scopes.com if you really must order stateside. Lebaron.ca has a good selection of Burris btw. Given the exchange rate, you would have to be getting a considerable deal in the states to be worth it I would think.

^^^ Great advice not many deals down south when you take into account the exchange.. check the EE sometimes there are actually good deals available.

Itar is a $35 fee that covers up to $1000 of export. Just tell them u r in canada and they will take care of the paperwork. Not hard.

they also run different companies. one of then is Dvor.com they have sales all the time. i tried to buy a gun case and a torque wrench on sale once, wont ship due to ITAR. my buddy couldnt even buy a knife. they just wont have anything to do with out of country sales to cover their ass

This is not the case. Opticsplanet.com will not ship any optic with a reticle to Canada, period...or any other itar prohibited item for that matter.

Not only will they not ship to Canada, they won't sell to you if you use a non US credit card.

I have bought cases and non-ITAR accessories.

They are a very legit.

Try Brandon optics. They have good selection of Burris and a lot of other scope types. They're out of BC. Fair prices.

I would not recommend Brandon Optics. I ordered a scope from them that was shown in stock on the website, they took my money, then a day later told me they were out of stock and would not be getting any more. They took 2 weeks to refund my money.

As for Optics Planet, don't waste your time, I once tried to order a Maxpedition pouch from Optics Planet and they refused to ship it to Canada!
