Optimum height for reloading bench

Hi - Moving to new house, will be building a new bench for the press. What do you find in an optimum height for a reloading bench? Would love to hear your opinions.

I have two heights I really like to use. The 650 dillon I use sitting is at 30 inches high and when I work at the 600Mec Jr standing, it is 40 inches high.
Measure desks you use and benches you like to work at, and go from there.
I have 5 presses in total used at these two heights.
