Does anyone have this chart kicking around?
We were talking about this some time ago and someone spoke up about a certain chart that should give you an idea of what the best accuracy could be had from the mentioned combination.
If someone would be so kind as to post it up here I bet alot of people would like to see what might work for them.
I'd have to check the rate of twist in a couple of my smoke poles.
One is a gain twist,ending up at 1:14". 26" long and 375 caliber.
Not sure if the chambering makes a difference but it is a 303-38-55
(303 Brit necked to .375 cal and shortened to 38-55 case length).
Guessing the other is a 24" barrel w/1:10" , .308 cal, chambered in 30-06.
