Optisan scopes

Has anyone ever heard of Optisan scopes?? I have never heard of them before and am just wondering if they are any good as a lower priced scope. Also does anyone know if they have a website, I cant find one.
 
Rick at ATR peddles them he claims they are a great scope but nobody on the CGN Board has posted a range report on the scope .So at this point I will be sticking to Leupold and NightForce for my optics
 
Actually, there were two shooters, back when ATR first started "peddling" them, who bought them and reported that they were of very good quality and worked very well. If they were no good, Rick would not sell them.
 
I haven't seen a chinese scope yet that was of decent quality. Not enough of these optisan's around to convince me they improved anything so I will reserve judgement for now. Elite 3200/4200 are made in Japan and are very good quality, especially for the price.
If the choice was an optisan or an elite 3200, well, I wouldn't even take a chance on the optisan that is unproven, with only a handfull of people that actually own them, and china's lousy reputation for optics....... when I know the 3200 is a great scope.
