Order from FOC missing a Magazine

I just received my sig p226 today from firearms outlet Canada and its missing a magazine. Does anyone have experience in dealing with them in this type of situation.

Excellent. They’re crazy busy of course so I’d give them a day or so to reply before worrying about it. But that said, they’ll definitely take care of you.

They will take care of you, great store never had any issues. Have an order with them right now being shipped, i ordered late Saturday and it was shipped out by Monday, top notch service in these trying times. Just be patient and dont spam their email account everyone is real busy righ now.

Yeah, I’ve never had an issue when ordering from them. Most likely just a small oversight. Get a hold of them and I’m sure they’ll do what they need to make it right. Anytime I’ve had an issue from any store I’ve never had a hard time with getting it fixed.
