Hi guys - I got a package from you today, but clearly got someone else's order.

I tried calling but it may have been too late, but left a message, and I got a bounce back when I sent an email.

Could you please urgently reach out ?

Will get this sorted tomorrow
2 orders werexboxed at the same time and and lables placed on wrong box.
We know who the first person is and now we have you
Will get it fixed up asap

Well I did tell you when I talked to you on the phone the other day we are supper busy and would get on it asap.
And we would send the tracking number out to you.
We have been crazy busy.
You will know of you Checked your account ,the shipping was refunded .
A shipment was created but we missed today's cut off for Canada post pick up.
