Order processing since Dec 15

My order has been in "processng" mode since Dec 15. I've used the contact form and received no reply. Looking for order #178635

Probably just random luck, I had an order last year that was "in stock" but ended up taking a few months to ship..... they said they would throw in some extras but in the end it took so long I think they forgot about that as well....

Unless the extra was a cheesy vinyl/velcro patch.....
