Today I ordered a Farky-class rifle today. It should show up in my mailbox next week. A simple Savage stainless-lam 308 varmit,12BVSS.I shot a couple of matchs in Hunting rifle last year with my 30.06.I did well enough that I got teased about moving up a class. My first thought was PH-5 sight for my P-14 and shoot TR.,but my eyes aren't that good any more.Nor my hold. I can remember the '60s.It should be fun,I can shoot more matchs Farky-class,than Hunting rifle. Now for the scope and mounts.

Congratualtions.....you've just ordered one of the most accurate out of the box production rifles ever produced. I shot my Savage 12 FV at the last Frosty Farky and shot a 737-36x.

Here is a target I shot with my Savage 12 BVSS .243

holy ####... nice shooting... you do that kinda grouping at some of the longer distances and I'd be watching you closely... well done 737-36X... also well done...

you in BC? which club...

BP, I'm coming to your rescue. That match was out of 750/75 since most of the Kamlops ISSF matches (Including the Frosty Farky) are out of 1000/100...
