Ordered a VZ58 with side mount and low bridge mount. But I can't decide on a scope?!

I am in the same boat on options to get. I can get a Vortex 3X Spitfire tomorrow on Armslist for $300 or a PA 3X for 269. Like it has been said, the PA is dedicated 7.69 BDC but it isn't the end all. I have the CSA rear LPM and want to know if the Vortex will interfere with casings being ejected. Its 5.5 inches. Not sure if I can slide it back in the mount or not. I like the pic posting of theach PA. That is a high profile mount. Vortex comes with an UNCONDITIONAL lifetime warranty. I am more worried about wheels falying back into the open rifle than the scope getting hit. Any recommendations on Spitfire 3X or something else? Primary Arms also has a 3X prism for the 7.62.

I am going to buy the PA 3X from Primary Arms (primaryarms.com) I believe it's $259. I told the seller of the Spitfire I didn't want to deal with converting BDC with the 556 for my 7.62. PA makes the dedicated 7.62. A 3X and a 4X. Somehow the 3X 5.6 inches)is about a tiny bit longer than the 4X (5.54 inches) lol.

I ended up buying a Vortex Spitfire. I went to my local gun shop and saw it there. I "tried it on for size " and it was a PERFECT FIT. I couldn't say no. As much as I looked at the Primary Arms, I couldn't see one physically and I was sold once I saw how the Vortex went on. It is a great looking etched reticle with green and red illumination. It has 5 settings for each color and shows black when turned off. It can get as bright as you could ever want. It actually shows uplease so well that you could use it as a kind of red dotape using 2 eyes. I can't wait to try it out but so far I am extremely happy with it. I wish I could post a picture but the forum says I cannot post any attachments yet. I need help with that cause this set up must be seen. It will help a lot of folks make an informed decision based on size with the CSA Low Profile Mount. The UNLIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY is clutch. I talked to Vortex and it is completely transferable with no receipt or any registration. Just send it in and they repair or replace no questions asked. NO OTHER COMPANY OFFERS A WARRANTY LIKE THIS. Aimpoint is a 10 year for normal users and only 2 for professional use. Eotech is ONLY 2 years for everyone and I believe they are limited to just manufacturer malfunction not drops and damage. I paid $350 for it and it came with 2 different height mounts. Can't beat it!

I had a leopold vx1 on mine and I had no luck shooting any better then with iron sights. I got allot of practice with irons tho. I also had a reflex and rage quite because high light situation makes it impossible to see, As much as I wanted a scope the VZ in 7.62 wasen't working for me.
