I'm not whining and I know you are just getting back from shot and had other problems.. My last order; I ordered one day it shipped the next.
So I'm just wanting to set expectations...

When I saw you had the receiver extensions in stock I ordered and I'm a little anxious to put this thing together...

It's bad enough that shipping will take a week once it leaves your hands.. And knowing UPS up here that may well be 9 days...

I read in another thread they were having issues.. I know that they work Saturdays.. and based on previous experience there was little to no delay in the order going from Ordered to processing..
Did you read where I wasn't whining just trying to set expectations..

I'm hiding out in the northern Manitoba UPS service here sucks so I know that their quote of 4 days is at best a pipe dream.. In 15 shipments using UPS in the last 5 months only one has gotten here in the quoted time.. (FYI Canpar is worse and DHL forget about it!) Surprisingly Canada Post has a 20% chance of being early (35% if it's expedited) unless it doesn't require a signature and it may well be late!
 
Just because you write that your not whining does not mean that your not whining. Expecting one day turn around on a Friday is perhaps a bit unreasonable. You should consider yourself lucky that it happened on your last order. Just a tip...when you put stuff like this on an open forum rather than contact the seller, it usually is construed as whining.
 
Why didn't you email them or phone them? Why make a post about it on a forum...people these days... 2 days is not that bad considering alot of gun retailers are taking longer time to process the orders because of the SHOT show.
 
I ordered a scope from them on the 10th, it was processed that day but there it sits. I did email them about it on the 17th just to see if there was any issue with the order (no answer so far). Was only after I sent the email that I remembered to come check here and realized Ryan was at SHOT. Then I found out about their forklift dieing and all the cases of .223 they just blew out the door. :bigHug::bigHug::bigHug::bigHug: happens...orders will show up when they show up.
 
So I shoulda called them when in not that concerned about it. And pulled them off picking,packing and shipping orders. You guys really don't understand what setting expectations is all about. And FYI just becuase the vendor is going to SHOT doesn't mean they closed. Some do. Most didn't. In another thread they said they were having problems. I just wanted to understand how far behind they were.

What's the difference putting your whining here rather than contacting them directly?? Most people have the decency to contact a seller them selves Via email phone calls or pms not on an open forum.
