Ordering mags from the States

Can you order 17 round mags from the States and pin them when they get here?

I read in the paper awhile back, some guy was charged bringing in dissasembled mags. You have to be carefull. What do you need them for? Are they easier to load? Xray

It would be nice to have them pinned just in case the laws ever changed. Is there any problem with ordering 10 round mags from the states?

Some place are trying to get rid of the 10 rd mags post ban down there, so you should be able to find 10 rd mags easily.

Keep it under $100 US and you will have no problem, with 10 rounds mags. Don't even try the pinned ones, not worth the chance of getting into trouble.

That exemption has been long over. That expired last year. We beaten this to death in the general forums. You cannot import mags without a permit. You may get lucky ordering something thru the mail. But if you are caught big problems.
