I ordered a Norinco Colt "Woodsman" copy off Marstar.ca about a month ago. My question is, is there anything I have to do to make the transfer complete, ie. call CFC with a reference number? About 2 weeks ago I got an email saying they got my order, but nothing since.....just wondering what to expect, and when to expect my gun....thanks

The only thing you might need to do is get an ATT if it's held at a post office and you need to pick it up.

There are conflicting views on this but you can check with your CFO. Some people believe you don't need to bother if treat it as a package - especially as you don't know what's in it until you get home and open it.

Here in Alberta it's easy to get an ATT anyway. I checked last week with the CFO in Edmonton and was told I needed the ATT. They wouldn't issue it until I told them the package was actually at the post office though.

I got it today folks, it's all good.....I sent my order out on the 15th of February, they informed me they "received" my order a week later, and I got it in the mail on the 12th of March.....so a little under a month since I first sent them my order, not too bad...it's a nice little pistol not one jam out of 200 rounds, pretty accurate too, and fun as hell to shoot. Only problem I have, is if I grip it too hard, the back-strap moves inward a bit (it's under spring-tension) and when I release my grip it pinches the hell out of my hand....I guess I'll just have to learn to grip it softer. If you didn't know already, I'm talking about the Norinco "Colt Woodsman" Copy.
