Well done stencollector ! you were the only person to have noticed that.

PS, Have you ever wondered why the school years were such an unhappy period in your life ?

Hey spuncer, my school years were pretty great actually, but thanks for the query. I do pick up on nuisances from time to time, like a certain limey from Saskatchewan who has things like this to say about his new found country:

Don't know about the tax, I have not had to pay anything since I have been here. Because I bought a quarter section I qualify as a farmer, this allows me to offset earnings against the farm. I have farm trucks and run them on farm diesel etc etc, farm guns too, I need them for predator control . The accountant tells me what to do.

People in Canada do not know what hard work is. Things are very different over here, it's really laid back and the people are friendly, so much so that I first thought that they were taking the piss.

The gov't here ( due to the oil ) has so much money they don't know what to do with it. They recently had a sceme to train farmers to do other things than farming. I took a look at the list of options but was not interested in what they were offering, and I told them this. They asked what else would I like to do, and I told them I wanted to get a pilots licence. They paid for all my flying lessons and the ground school, and paid for all my expenses on top.

Seems like abusing the system can even extend outside of just the firearms act for some guys.

Just out of interest, what are bronze bolts worth ?

Heading south to bring in another order, are we?

Get a grip stencollector, I was telling the bloke how great this country is.

As for abusing the system ! I don't think so:D It's called working with it, and is perfectly legal. You should try it yourself sometime, maybe even hire a Canadian accountant. Then possibly you would discover that even you might even have something to live for apart from continually concerning yourself with other people and what they might have done.

Take a pinch of your own medicine for a change. You register an excuse for a sten gun that hardly anyone wants, you sell heaps of rubbish that have been crushed with an axe, and then to top it all you act like a bitter old woman. Quite sad really.

I was flying today as it happens, it's the best fun I have had for many a year.

This was taken only last week.

Thank you Canada:dancingbanana:

I wonder how many bronze bolts I could get in a sky tractor:)

I note, Spencer, that you edited out your announcement that you were burning farm fuel in your truck. That is, of course, illegal, and from time to time folks get fined burning dyed fuel on the highway. Whether it is illegal, fraudulent, unethical, or just plain slick to be claiming farm benefits when not actually farming is an open question. It is all very well to say that your accountant made you do it, but then again even organized crime uses accountants.
As far as that Sten bolt goes, the price is remarkable. Can't imagine anyone needing one badly enough to pay that much, but who knows?
I really hope that your S-ASS III, S-ASS II and S-ASS 31 (Semi-Auto Spencer Sten, Semi-Auto Spencer Suomi) get FaRTed and registered. I am surprised that you did not take this up with George Fraser when you did your verifier course. FaRT numbers for these Stens would create building options.
In the meantime, the SAS version is an established option, that can be readily registered.
It is my understanding that there is another open bolt Sten clone in the works. It will be very interesting if this one gets into the system before yours do. I wonder why yours are taking so long?
