Original CZ 858 Butt Stock Question

I have an 858 with a folding butt stock and I'd like to test it out with the original bakelite butt stock but I can't find a replacement kit any where! If this question has come up already my apologies I'm new on this. If any one is aware of the butt stock/assembly hardware please let me know!

I had to get mine off the EE.

I phoned Wolverine supply and according to them they cannot import them from CZ
