Hello Olight Vicky, would you happen to know if Canada is included? Ty.


After receiving customer feedback, we immediately took action.


In addition to the new screws, we also developed two mounts: RMA-OSP157 and RMA-OSP091.


During the OFan Day Event(9/16-9/20), you'll get a free RMA-OSP157 by purchasing an Osight. Plus, if you bought Osight before and have screw problems, you can log in to our website to get the latest one for free after our OFan Day begins
 
Since you didn’t get a response, maybe this will be helpful: I can tell you the guys from Olight Canada were at TACCOM. I saw the new mounts and the Olight Canada people said the mounts would be available around the end of September/early October for purchase in Canada. Hopefully Olight Canada works out some sort of deal for people who have already purchased the optic and want the mounting adapters.

I have emailed olight canada and was told "We are a different team with our America website, the promotion way is different.
Please refer to the promotions on our website."

Also enquired about the hardware, "We will keep the free new screws to you next month if you need it.
You can contact us again when the new screws is available."

Also was told there would be a 20% discount next month on the mounts. My take away is I have to contact them again for the updated hardware and no go on the free mount. I'm not impressed yet again.
 
Sorry I just noticed this thread. The new screws and two mounts are expected to be available in Olight CA in mid-October. The specific promotion plan has not yet been finalized.

Hi Sir, we finally decided to offer 20% off for Osight Picatinny adapters.

Same as in the US, we will provide free screws to customers who purchased Osight, and we will add the screws to the shopping carts of all customers who have purchased Osight after the screws arrive(only one set).
 
If you purchased an osight directly from olight the free screws have been added to your shopping carts on olightstore.ca.

I don’t know if there’s a shipping charge for the screws as I ordered a couple of other things at the same time and met the free shipping threshold.

I also saw a timer that the screws would expire by December 3rd so if you want the screws make sure to check your olightstore.ca shopping carts soon.
