OSV-96 possible?

doubt it

russia has a ban on exporting stuff that there mil uses.. wich usually means you have to know the right russian to talk to and mayby you can get a couple out. ;) seriously doubt it though.

wich usually means you have to know the right russian to talk...
and conversation should start with bottle of vodka )))
on a subject: actually it's not quite like that with small arms, new missiles or subs more likely. But yes they wont let you export exact the same gun as army uses, but at the same time they will let out the same thing that just with different name and marking SVD - Tiger, Makarov - Izh-71. not sure about .50 cal as it would be hard to get under hunting and sporting class, but that's why vodka is important ))

Ya i know its not exactly the same but try to find an importer who wants to go through the trouble of a product name change for a small market.. ive tried to purchase several russian arms through importers over the last 6 or 7 years most of the time its a no go simply because of the trouble... they just give the short answer of It is ilegal for export of military weapons... wich i always laugh at because they have pretty much armed more than half the planet in one way or another and heck of alot of that is civis in the third world.

Isnt a semi .50 a sketchy subject here? or was that just the barret cause its american? cant remember it was like 04-05 when that stuff changed if i remember correctly.

Tactical Imports just got semi automatic Lynx in, which is bullpup as well, would love to fire it of a hip )))), dont think that should be a problem, but, you right down there they it's way more trouble to with witch no one wants to deal, unless lot of money are involved, or big guy on the top want's you to do some thing and fast...

The ONLY 2 worth looking at are teh ones by Truvelo and PGM. The other ones you listed are really really really crappy.
