Otis All Caliber Rifle Cleaning System

Anyone know where to buy this kit in Canada? I have heard these are the best kits for the $$. I want something to clean my rifles, .17-.30cal.

I don't use pull throughs, but if I wanted one, I would order it from the USA, it isn't a controlled item.
