I said I would post a review. I got my deer butchered at Dumochel butchery on the corner of Donald and Lola. The shop was clean, service was nice, I brought my deer in, gutted and skinned of course. Got it back nicely butchered to my specs, wrapped, tied, and frozen. They charged me 75.00$.
They do not make sausage, so i have brought some of the meat to the European Deli on Bank street near Walkely road. I asked him for a fresh Italian sausage with fennel and sage, and some Keilbasa. I will post a review with pricing when i pick the sausage up.
