As of Thursday evening the Cabelas in Ottawa had a reasonable stack of surplus ammo for $399 with a limit of 5. Chinese 1500 rounds. Works out to 26 cents a round before taxes. Not as good as in the past but not bad and available. Go for it if you need some.

I bought the Russian surplus just last year for $299 / 1500 rounds at cabelas . It's making it real hard to buy this for $100 more. Also if u buy in store u can use the $20 off from a survey from previous bill
