Ottawa: show a newbie the ropes

Just wondering if anyone in the Ottawa area would be willing to show me the ins and outs of trap/skeet shooting. I've shot enough in the gravel pit that I won't completely embarass myself, and I dont think I've engrained any bad habits yet.

Go to Ottawa Valley trap and skeet club on Connaught Ranges and ask the same quetion you will get lots of help good people there. open Wed & Sundays I think
