Ottawa?

Try the shop at Stittsville Range on Fernbank Road.
Open Sunday at the moment.
Marc, the owner of the range is also the owner of Bomac, a powder, primer and firearm distributorship, so he likely has it in the warehouse or will order it for you, unlike another major store in the area.

Being new to reloading I have shopped around in Ottawa. Lebaron is the cheapest out of them all(Unless you are loading lead shot, Stittsville is cheapest). But like someone mentioned they dont always have the stuff you want in stock.

Higginsons Powder in Hawkesbury is actually the cheapest, it is worth the drive.

Agree on Higginson's for cheap. Haven't bought from Stittsville for ages but they did have a huge selection because of their distributorship.

The secret to offset Lebaron's chronic lack of supply is to go over and ask to be put on their back order ("raincheck") list for the stuff you want. When it comes in they will call you and you have a day or two to get it. Sometimes their shipments are all spoken for because of this.

Shagg,

I would say that yes Le Barons listed prices are cheaper than Higginsons on some stuff. However I have stopped checking Le Barons and make the drive to Higginsons as LB has never had anything in stock when I asked.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I think as of April the Stittesville shop will be open Wed, Thurs, Friday afternoons and all day Sat and Sun. Summer opening.

LeBaron is a complete waiste of time as they never seem to have anything in stock and Stittsville shooting range is way too expensive ( unless that has recently changed).
