Hi all, for anyone having issues with logging into your account on our new website all you have to do is reset your password and you should be able to access your account no problem. There was supposed to be a prompt to force users to reset their password but that didn't go out to all users prior to the launch. So please reset your password and all should be good. If you continue to have any login issues or any other issues please email website@prophetriver.com. We also welcome any other comments or suggestions on how to make the user experience even better.
