Do I need out of province ATT, from BC to Ontario?

The ATT said "This authorization allows the holder to transport firearms from the place of registration to a Gunsmith licenced as a business under firearms Act for the purpose of maintenance , repair, modification or deactivation and return of registration."

This spell pretty clear, isn't it?

Just call your CFO and ask for your ATT to include Ontario for competitions.
