Out with '08, in with '09...

I bought an SPS 300 RUM and finished/bedded it into a Bansners Ultimate stock. It shoots lights out - my new go to rifle.
Also bought a 700P MLR 338 Lapua, which has been totally rebuilt late in the year into a custom 338 LM long range hammer. That rifle, build components and all the gear for reloading pretty much broke the 2009 budget, but you never know...

I am in the process of buying a Sako AV in 7 rem mag
I am also in the process of buying a Ruger MKII in 350 rem mag
Looking forward to maybe playing around with my Win 94 circa 1896 30-30 and seeing what it can really do with reloads

Model 700 BDL .25-06 (aquiring a .308 Police barrel for it)
Remington 870 18" ATI pistol grip (my first and only shotgun..which will start another obsession)

I hope to get a barrel from Jerry to rechamber my 114 to 358 Norma, and potentiall rebarrel my 99 to 338 Federal.
Could be an expensive year.
