outfitter: Barry @ Griffith, ON.. anyone?

I'm debating on whether or not to book an outfitter for a bear hunt. Just wondering if anyone has ever booked with him OR knows someone who has.

He has the most reasonable rates so far that I've found.

Don't know about him as an outfitter. But there is/was alot of bears there. When I used to go there. I fished centennial lake quite a bit, and the the other lake behind it. black macdonald or something like that. Can't remember. I never hunted there. But did see bears I think just about every trip in. It used to be dynamite walleye fishing there. Don't know if it still is. Nice spot!

Check www.huntinfo.com and go to the outfitters reviews. he might be in there. Be warned though, take everything you read there with a grain of salt/ Lots of reports of outfitters friends filling in great reports for the outfitter. Also get a list of references from him, including unsuccessful hunters. Do your home work and you will get the right guy.
