When I mentioned that North american outfitters had want to cool their jets on price cause folks would look of continent I was hauled out as laughing stock. Apparently theres more than I need laughed at

Who cares? Business can set what ever price they want for their product or service. You can choose to buy it or not. Otherwise it's none of your business.

You weren't being laughed at becuase of of what you said but becuase of how you said it...

Grammar and spelling can help you get your message across.. With you poor grammar nobody has a clue what you are trying to say...
 
besides, if you knew anything about the business, an awful lot of these guys operate pretty close to break even, by the time you pay for horses, riders, food, camp, licences, gas( yes, even a horse camp uses gas) etc- and it's still a whole lot less than africa where they gouge you at every turn- besides, i believe we in north america have an obligation to disclose our prices in full, whereas the africans do not- i know there's an opportunity for add-ons at every turn
did you KNOW it takes roughly the equivilent of 8 people or more to support 1 person on a guided hunt in the bush with horses?

I give as much a #### about grammar as MEN do. My wife is good at it. My daughter great at it. But I'm a man. Didnt make a living making limp at a key board
 
Not that long ago an older fellow from the forum PM'd me. Said, and I quote"I don't post near what I'd like, cause I'm afraid the grammar police will get me"

As for the gentleman that points out its an article thats a few years old he only adds to the logic that north american outfitters should smarten up cause I'd be willing to bet it was easier to get the big money for a hunt 5 years ago than now

SO you think outfitters should charge less becuase YOU think they should. Your "logic" is based on the fact that you are too cheap to pay the going rate and you apparantly don't have the slightest clue what it costs to offer such a service.

Not at all self professed lazy butt wad but rather because when off continent hunts can compete with their price I think that generally means they gotta get their head out their arse
 
I'm still trying to figure out if you were trying to be insulting, or just cannot spell. WTF, over?

To be honest, I can hardly rouse up any care about what an outfitter charges. The only time I would ever think of, that I would use one's services, would be if I was gifted it or won it in a draw of some sort ( I buy the odd ticket to fundraiser draws) in which case, I would bring some money for a tip, and enjoy my time with them.

Can't get enthused about flying halfway around the planet to pay one either, so, really, the whole thing amounts to flamebait, IMO. If the best you can come up with is to sit there and argue and insult folks, maybe you should reconsider where you spend your time, and consider using such things as reasoned, coherent logical statements to support your opinions, and accept that others feel differently.
