Outstanding Customer Service

Just received my AR500 plates from S&J as promised. Unfortunately one item was missing from the order. I figured I would email and let them know, but did not expect a response on a Friday night.

Lo and behold, they contacted me within hours and will sort it out.

Now that is customer service!

S&J now has a loyal customer for life!!

Yup, same for me. Had an issue with one missing item, Simon got back to me right away and will fix the issue. On top of the great service, their products are fantastic quality and often go on sale. Can't complain about good products at low prices.
