I received my latest order from DS Tactical and one of the items was missing. The box was unopened, so I suspect an oversight, no big deal.
I contacted DS Tactical to tell them and received an email response within 10 minutes saying that a replacement item was on the way !!!
Now THAT is customer service.
I know where all my "kit" money is going in the future.
