Recently the keypad on my RCBS Chargemaster Combo powder dispenser started acting up so I e-mailed RCBS about having it repaired since it was over 3 years old and the warranty is for 2 years. They said to return it and they would repair it or replace it, it took a while to get back but I recieved a new Chargemaster Combo with the auto-dispense feature at no cost other than my initial shipping to RCBS in the USA. It is hard to beat service like that anywhere these days, it is amazing how much RCBS and most other reloading companies are willing to do for their customers.
