So I recently made an order of about $200 value from Canada Ammo that included an NCStar scope. When the scope arrived, I found that the scope mount was crooked and the reticle was crooked inside the scope body. Canada ammo immediately agreed to take it back and provided return shipping. They ended up being out of stock on the particular scope I had bought, so they upgraded me to the better model for free, hand selected it to make sure it was true, and shipped it back with a quick turn around. The replacement scope was good to go.
