Overll length of a Mini 14 with Butler Creek folder???

Just wondering from someone who has done this, what is the overall length of a Ranch Rifle with a Butler Creek folding stock installed. Or, more accurately, is it still non-restricted? Longer than 660mm?

28.5" or there about.

Don't have one anymore to measure exactly, but I had mine in a Choate folder (very similar) and YES it remains non-restricted
