Looking to get some feedback on this gun and see how owners like (or dislike) it. Not a lot of reviews out there. I'm seriously considering buying one but I'd like to hear what the collective wisdom of CGN has to say about it.
I don't have the Wildlands, but have the Ridgerunner with the 12" barrel. My experience with Chiappa lever guns is that they are really well made. Note that these are fairly heavy guns. I love mine.
I got to handle one of these today,it's a very well built rifle ,smooth action and nice sights, one thing I noticed is its very heavy, which should take down any recoil.

I did get it. For some context of my experience, I've had my PAL a year and a half. I've shot a Marlin GBL about a dozen times but I've never tried a Henry.
Its heavy. It's got a similar weight to an sks with a bayonet. The factory sights are great. The action was a little stiff but after putting a box through it and opening it up and cleaning it up it's really nice and smooth now. Overall I'm pretty happy with it and I'm glad I gave it a chance.
A couple other things now that I remember. The recoil is manageable but the butt stock pad may need to be beefed up if you're shooting a lot. I was using Hornady Leverevolution.
The takedown is easy to do, just stiff the first few times I tried it but it does get better. Packs into a Skinner takedown bag nicely.
I have a Burris 2-7x32 scout scope with Burris rings. It does not fit on the pic rail. The Skinner aperture sight is too tall. If I want to mount an optic then I have to remove the existing sight or buy taller rings. I'll likely just use the factory sights for time being.
