I have a P. 17 EDDYSTONE, and I'm wondering if I can find a barrel out there, without having to go to a barrel mfg. CENTURY ARMS used to sell them in different calibers but i think they folded shop awhile ago. And can i get it fitted for a clip ?

A barrel should turn up, they are out there, sadly more in america than canada.

Century is alive and still assembling rifles out of parts bins with no QC in the U.S. They closed up shop in Canada around 1978 when Trudeau's gang started oppressing firearm owners.
Look at Gunparts for a P-17 barrel. (no extractor or front sight cuts) at $125.95US plus the U.S. export permit and shipping, also Stateside. Or possibly Epp's in Ontario.
Converting a P-17 to use a detachable mag will ruin its value(if it's still in full military configuration) and cost a bunch of money to have done.
