Philip Webley produced guns from 1845 until 1897 when his firm merged with W. & C. Scott & Son to form Webley & Scott. Philip Webley produced more handguns than shotguns. His work includes shotguns designed as working field guns as well as higher grade pieces. Without further description of the gun to determine age, grade and condition, a price range cannot be established.

Could you post some pictures? If so, pictures of the proof marks on the water table and barrel flats would be of interest.
