P226 .22 Kit for $260

Beeeeerutal, I just bought a Sig 226, I cannot afford this kit! I want it though. I seriously have a problem with buying guns and accessories. This kit will put me in the poor house. Thanks for the heads up.

Previously answered as "no."

I have a Sig so I only pass this on as hearsay but I've seen it answered several times. Always no.
 
I ordered one for my 226 from cabelas mail order 2 weeks ago. It did not fit. The little latch behind the recoil spring was not machined correctly, it would not hook into the frame all the way, which in turn would not allow the take down lever to close. Anyways getting a refund.This was on a combat model.

As much as I love the combat, it is frustrating at times. Had to get a custom bladeteck holster made for it bk of the rail, and now the 22lr kit will not fit. When I phoned down to Sig they(or at least the one guy on the phone) seemed to think that it should work and said they have not had any problems. Hopefully someone else can still use it.
