P226 internal trigger stop?

Hey there, I was browsing sig's german site, and a particular model (http://www.sigsauer.de/index.php?id=107&lang=en) comes with an "internal trigger stop".

What does it do vs the standard trigger pull? Trigger doesn't go all the way to the back as the std pull?

Thats right, the shot breaks just as the trigger finishes its travel. Not sure how that internal mechanism works or if its adjustable, but very often you see a trigger with a small set screw in it so that the tip of the screw will touch the frame just as the shot breaks. This will result in less travel after the shot fires!
