It looks exactly the same as any other P226R ST. Fancy grips and finishes are for pimps. The only external difference is that I replaced the front sight with one of the green fibre optic sights. Internally I replaced the springs with Wolff springs and I did a trigger job on it, because the stock trigger pull is awful. The trigger pull did take me serious effort to sort out, I ended up using the sear and hammer out of my old P226 Sport.
If I was going to do it again I think I'd have to get hold of TJ's Custom and get him to do a sear and hammer for me. He did a P228 for me years ago and that ended up with a really good trigger pull on it. You have to re-cut and heat treat the sear angle to do it properly and that is beyond the realms of messing about with it yourself.
