Pact.. powder scale/dispenser

I found this advertisment in a rifleshooter magazine about a Pact scale /dispenser. Has anyone heard of or used one of these?
I am going to buy some reloading equipment and was dreaming about the RCBS chargemaster combo then I spotted this. Is this a reputable company with good products? It costs less than the RCBS.
Any comments would be good.
I suppose another question should be asked...would it be better to just go with a beam scale and a regular powder dispenser?

I have not used the Pact but there is (was) one for sale in the EE....try asking the seller what they think about it.

I use the RCBS Chargemaster and love it. 10 second warm up....30 second calibration and your good to go.

I have used one for many years with no problems. Pact makes the ones for RCBS except that they are green in color.

I've been using a PACT for about two years now. So far it works great and I've had no problems with it.
