Paid Member??

Hello folks,
Just want a quick word about being a paid member here. I read the EE rules and it says its for paid members only. Just want to know how to be a paid member.

goto 'user cp' underneath all the ads up top, click on group memberships and request access to the EE, only dealers have to pay.
