Paid with EMT, no payment received confirmation

I paid by EMT in full for an order and only have the automated reply from the bank that it was auto deposited .

Will I get an acknowledgement that my EMT has been matched to my order. ?
 
Yes, I followed instructions on the checkout page.
It tells you to make the EMT secret question your order number and make the answer they supply,but it's setup as auto deposit...so just goes into their account with no human involvement.
 
I guess I'll just sit tight then.

First time paying by EMT to a place online.
I'm also concerned that my item is not reserved and may be sold out when they get around to matching my EMT to my order.
It's a fairly in demand product I ordered.
 
With Tenda, the money is always taken first and then you will receive and email saying thank you - that kind of thing. About 4 or more days later you'll get an email saying your order has been updated - usually a label has been created for your items. Then about a month later it gets shipped.......

If you're concerned though, send an email and/or call them up.
 
If I was the OP I would have called them first before sending the EMT. But I am not the OP and I will never do EMT with a business and in the rare occasion I would use my CC. 99.9% of the time I pay cash or use debit card on-site and then leave the stoer with my item.
 
Like I stated before..you MUST wait until Tenda send you the invoice BEFORE doing the emt. I do purchase from other store and this is the same procedures.

If you send the EMT before the invoice is processed ..you are making yourself problems.
