I know most people don't really like painted guns, but I wanted to share my work here with fellow Gun Nutz. I used Krylon Camoflage Paint. I do realize finish will eventually wear, but I don't mind that at all; in fact I like painted guns that have signs of use.

Thanks for the kind words guys. As for the pattern, I used an old issued laundry bag

Love the Laundry bag paint scheme. My "Ghost" gun is done similar. Brave man to paint optics tho, I just can't bring myself to do that

Good on ya' for the balls to paint her all up. I like the Maple Leaf on the receiver and you're right it'll look even better with a little patina action.

She's actually a little darker in person but I do see the point. I like using the tan to get maximum contrast. Painting the ACOG was a huge debate with myself, but in end I decided that this rifle and set up is definitely a keeper. Go big or go home!

No plans on changing the paint job, I want the paint to wear so eventually it looks all gnarley. Krylon isn't bad as long as you let the coats cure properly. That having been said I'm looking into Cerekoting my Hi-Power so I'm doing my research
