Pal approved today

I would think most brick and mortar firearm retailers will need to see your actual PAL card. You could probably purchase online as you have all the necessary PAL info you will need to give to them. Good luck, have fun!

edit: Reading your post again I guess you don't know your PAL number yet so unless you can obtain that info you will just need to cool your heels until the actual card arrives. It is coming be patient!
 
Here is hoping the CPC gets a majority otherwise you may not have many choices on what, if anything, that you can buy.
