PAL card and paper form question

My PAL finally arrived in the mail . Yippeee . The paper form that it was attached too has a cut off section at the bottom and says to carry with you along with your card ???
I guess I'm asking do I actually have to carry this in my wallet or am I good with just the card ???

On an aside I can't wait for my first firearm to arrive . woot

Let's assume I say "NO, don't carry it". Are you going to take a word from forum over what is written on your license received from CFO?

If the place that issued it to you says to "carry with" you may not get away with "but this guy on the internet told me I don't have to" if you get pinched

says you have to provide that paper when demanded by LEO. some guys don't carry it, some throw it out, others carry it. Up to you, mine is folded behind my licence.
