PAL licence conditions to be carried with PAL?

As stated above. The accompanying letter is very clear, and this topic has been gone over many times on CGN.
You are legally required to carry the piece of paper. Even if its blank.

You can't apply common sense when adhering to Canadian firearms laws. They purposely designed it to be difficult and to try and make people believe firearms ownership was an onerous burden and not worth the effort.

As I say, the letter your PAL comes with is very clear,

"Please detach the licence conditions printed below and keep them with your licence at all times. If requested by a peace officer or other authority, you must be able to provide both your licence and the licence conditions"

This is despite the fact, as another poster noted, the front of the PAL clearly states (at least in my case) 'standard conditions are attached to this licence'.

It appears the standard conditions that are attached to this licence are those conditions printed on the letter. You must carry them with you. I'm guessing that's what the phrase "attached to this licence" actually means. I suppose many misinterpret it to mean they don't have to carry the licence conditions with them.

Haha, I remember having a discussion about this topic with Steiner1000 a couple of months ago when I asked him about his conditions PAL sheet. I have always carried the original with my PAL. Steiner1000 thought I was crazy to carry the sheet even though the wording on the sheet is quite clear, "SPECIAL CONDITIONS (continued) Carry this document with your licence card as you must be able to produce this document on demand if requested by a peace officer or other authority"

I think having a blank conditions sheet is rediculous but the wording is quite clear.

another thing to bring to my MP's attention, and others should do the same, as it is a waste of taxpayer's money and is of no use. If there are special conditions, the PAL should be modified to indicate those much the same as a drivers license.

I do not & will not carry said piece of paper. I simply won't do it and I don't care who knows. I have no patience for any more fascist, CFO nazi, BS. I have an RPAL, I have an LTATT, I have a hunting license, I always carry my bear tag when in the forest with guns. Most of all, I pay more taxes than Wyatt makes so he can take his totalitarian, sociopsycho control sh1t and ram it right up his phrackin a$$... If he don't like it, come get me...

Nuff ranted...

Yes...it has been covered, and apparently some were not paying attention. If you have special conditions they will be written on the piece of paper and then this paper must be carried. You will notice that that statement is beside the "special condtions"
If you have "standard conditions" it is indicated on your pal and nothing will be written on the paper. You will not need to carry the blank piece of paper to show you have no conditions since you pal already states that.

Talk about common sense.....

I recently received my PAL/RPAL and even though there was no condition on the paper, I started carrying it. The funny part is I don't even have any firearms, but have to abide by the law.
