anyone else looking for the link ..

You can go to the RCMP website, download the PDF, fill it out, print it off, have your references sign it and send it off.

On the RCMP website, choose 'english', then on the right of the screen you'll see a sidebar that says "Canadian Firearms Program". Click that, follow the logical path, and you'll be well set.

Welcome aboard.

thank you very much !!
Im going to use alot of ink unfortunately -___- ..
do you think the building that does the hunting licenses/health cards would have the forms ??

couldn't tell you. I got a PAL application with my course, but that was my instructor.

Then I lost that form (it got filed with a bunch of other papers), and so I went looking- found it on their website. It's about 7 pages, not too bad on ink.

 Is there an ink shortage? LOL

Im sure the cost of driving around to find forms will off set the cost of ink. The post office should have all the forms you need, but by far the easiest and quickest way is to click "print" on the RCMP web site. :D

Welcome Sketch,

It's not long at all, and in fact you can fill in a lot of the blanks right on the computer before you print it. I think it's 5 pages you send in, or 7 total. You don't send the first 2 pages, they're the instructions. If you don't have a functional printer (like me!) just drop by a library and ask the staff where there's a computer with internet access and a printer. They usually charge a small fee per page (I think it's 10 cents), but with ink costing more than my printer is worth I do this (or print at work if that's an option for you). If you google "RCMP form 921" it will pop right up as "FORM CAFC 921".

The Health / Hunting offices do not do firearms licensing. That stuff is provincial, PAL's are Federal.
