PAL Payment question

Hi everyone

I’m about to start the process of applying for my PAL online and I had a question about the payment

Does the credit card need to be in my name when I apply?

I just recently turned 18 and do don’t have a credit card that is under my name.

Am I able to use my mothers credit card to pay for my application?

Doesn’t matter whose name the card is in. You’re good to go.
